The institutes of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodetic Science concentrate on three interdisciplinary key research areas, which are oriented towards the great social challenges of the future. The research at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodetic Science is based on distinct experimental and basic-oriented testing technologies. It is supplemented by physical and numerical models as well as by methods of digitisation and machine learning in all areas.
