Welcome Humboldt fellow Dr. Zifeng Huang

We welcome Dr. Zifeng Huang from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, who has been awarded a Humboldt Research Fellowship for Postdoctoral Researchers. His host is Prof. Dr.-Ing. Michael Beer, Executive Director of the Institute for Risk and Reliability.

Dr. Huang will join the Institute for Risk and Reliability for developing advanced stochastic models and methods for a dynamical analysis of structures under non-stationary loads based on new formulations of frequency spectra.
