The Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodetic Science of Leibniz University Hannover (LUH) offers its scientists and students an excellent academic environment and a diverse programme within the three fields: Structural Engineering, Water and Environmental Engineering,Geodesy and Geoinformatics. We maintain institutionalized partnerships with various universities worldwide. In addition, there are numerous contacts abroad through joint international research projects. The EU's ERASMUS programme and the EULiST Alliance enable students to spend time abroad as well. We offer several exchange programmes for incoming students and international Master's programmes.

The Faculty of Civil Engineering maintains institutionalized partnerships with various universities worldwide. In addition, there are numerous contacts abroad through joint international research projects.

We welcome visiting researchers from abroad to join us in Hannover, e.g. as a fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. Our institutes offer interesting positions for early-career researchers who wish to further their qualifications, for example by undertaking a PhD.

EULiST (European Universities Linking Society and Technology) is bold alliance of eleven universities across Europe that opens up a wide range of opportunities for researchers and students of Leibniz University Hannover.
