The new "Internationals Welcome" project of the LUH Career Service offers international students individual support for a successful entry into the regional job market.

Two measures are central to this, accompanied by a corresponding framework programme:

• The internship programme "My Internship" was launched in April. The programme is designed to boost the confidence and qualifications of international students for a successful transition into the German regional job market, e.g. with workshops and advice.
• The "Internationals Welcome" network is a network of regional companies and LUH. It gives companies access to international talent and increases the quality of onboarding processes for international specialists.

Over the course of the project, international students and cooperating companies develop into multipliers in their own target group.
